Psalm 144:1 Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.

诗篇144：1 耶和华--我的磐石是应当称颂的！他教导我的手争战，教导我的指头打仗。

2 Samuel 22:35 He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

撒母耳记下22：35 他教导我的手能以争战，甚至我的膀臂能开铜弓。

Deuteronomy 33:7 And this he said about Judah: "Hear, O LORD, the cry of Judah; bring him to his people. With his own hands he defends his cause. Oh, be his help against his foes!"

申命记33：7 为犹大祝福说：求耶和华俯听犹大的声音，引导他归于本族；他曾用手为自己争战，你必帮助他攻击敌人。

Prayer: Praise be to the Lord who is not only our rock and our fortress in whom I take refuge but he is also our help in training our hands to triumph over war against Satan. Help us to be disciplined  through fullness of your Word and the Holy Spirit so that we can win victories over spiritual battles and become stronger day after day.

祷告：我们称颂你，因你不单是我们的磐石和避难处，也是教导我们的手与撒旦争战得胜的上帝！我们愿意被上帝的话语和圣灵充满，在属灵的争战中操练得胜，每日得坚固。
