1 Corinthians 9:25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.

Prayer: Father God, help us to control ourselves through your grace for we are contending for the completion of our salvation. May we become passages of love and the gospel through power, love and self-control you provide.
