Be humble

Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart,

马太福音11:29 我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式，这样，你们心里就必得享安息。

Proverbs 3:34 He mocks proud mockers but gives grace to the humble.

箴言3:34 他讥诮那好讥诮的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。

Philippians 2:3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.

腓立比书2:3 凡事不可结党，不可贪图虚浮的荣耀，只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。

1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.

 彼得前书5:6 所以你们要自卑，服在　神大能的手下，到了时候，他必叫你们升高。

1. Jesus is gentle and humble in heart.

    主耶稣的心里柔和谦卑。

2. God gives grace to the humble.

   上帝施恩给谦卑的人。

3. In humility consider others better than yourselves.

    存谦卑的心看别人比自己强。

4. Humble yourselves under God’s mighty hand.

    谦卑服在上帝大能的手下。

Prayer: Father God, help us to resemble Jesus who is gentle and humble in heart and to consider others better than ourselves.  May we always humble ourselves before you that we may receive your grace.

祷告:阿爸天父，我们愿意效法主耶稣，存柔和谦卑的心，看别人比自己强，谦卑在上帝的面前，领受上帝的恩典。
