诗 30:1 耶和华阿，我要尊崇你，因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。

NIV: I will exalt you, O LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me.

NASV: I will extol You, O Lord, for You have lifted me up, and have not let my enemies rejoice over me.

诗 30:2 耶和华我的神阿，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。

NIV: O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.

NASV: O Lord my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me.

诗 30:3 耶和华阿，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。

NIV: O LORD, you brought me up from the grave; you spared me from going down into the pit.

NASV: O Lord, You have brought up my soul from Sheol; You have kept me alive, that I would not go down to the pit.

诗 30:4 耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。

NIV: Sing to the LORD, you saints of his; praise his holy name.

NASV: Sing praise to the Lord, you His godly ones, And give thanks to His holy name.

诗 30:5 因为他的怒气不过是转眼之间。他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。

NIV: For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.

NASV: For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.

诗 30:6 至于我，我凡事平顺，便说，我永不动摇。

NIV: When I felt secure, I said, "I will never be shaken."

NASV: Now as for me, I said in my prosperity, "I will never be moved."

诗 30:7 耶和华阿，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固。你掩了面，我就惊惶。

NIV: O LORD, when you favored me, you made my mountain stand firm; but when you hid your face, I was dismayed.

NASV: O Lord, by Your favor You have made my mountain to stand strong; You hid Your face, I was dismayed.

诗 30:8 耶和华阿，我曾求告你。我向耶和华恳求，说，

NIV: To you, O LORD, I called; to the Lord I cried for mercy:

NASV: To You, O Lord, I called, And to the Lord I made supplication:

诗 30:9 我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实吗？

NIV: "What gain is there in my destruction, in my going down into the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it proclaim your faithfulness?

NASV: "What profit is there in my blood, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your faithfulness?

诗 30:10 耶和华阿，求你应允我，怜恤我。耶和华阿，求你帮助我。

NIV: Hear, O LORD, and be merciful to me; O LORD, be my help."

NASV: "Hear, O Lord, and be gracious to me; O Lord, be my helper."

诗 30:11 你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐。

NIV: You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,

NASV: You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,

诗 30:12 好叫我的灵（原文作荣耀）歌颂你，并不住声。耶和华我的神阿，我要称谢你，直到永远。

NIV: That my heart may sing to you and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give you thanks forever.

NASV: That my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever.
